7、11开箱检验时,应轻拿轻放,防止损坏。Wheninspecting,takeandputthematerialslightlytopreventdamage;

7、12外观检查良好、铸件无裂纹及砂眼、玻璃罩无碎裂、密封良好。ThevisualinspectionisOK,theforgedfittingsarefreefromcrackorsandpit,glassshieldsarefreefromcrackandthesealshallbeallright.

7、13照明器具应符合现行的国家质量标准并具有有效的合格证件。Thelightingsshouldmeettheactualnationalqualitystandardsandbewithvalidcertificates.

7.2预制Prefabrication

7、21照明支架的尺寸应根据照明配管部位各平台的具体情况确定,框架有防火层时应考虑防火层的厚度,以避免照明管、接线盒等被埋入防火层内。同一场所内使用的支架应长短一致。Thesizesoflightingsupportsshallbebasedonthespecificplatformconditionsoflightingpiping.Iftheframehasfireproofcoat,thethicknessofitshouldbetakenintoaccounttoavoidlightingtubesandjunctionboxesfrombeingembeddedinthefireproofcoat.Thelengthsofsupportsinoneareashouldbeequal.

7、22照明支架的钻孔直径由管径及所使用“U”型卡子的直径确定。Thedrillingholediameteroflightingsupportshallbedecidedbypipediameterand“U”clipused.

7、23照明灯具安装前应进行组装、接线和试亮,灯头接线采用的导线规格符合设计要求,接线应采用不同颜色的导线来区分相线和零线,螺纹灯头的相线应接在中心端子上。带电池的应急灯应进行放电试验,应急灯的持续放电时间为30分钟,必须符合设计和产品说明书的要求。Priortolightinglampinstallation,makeassembly,connectionandlightingtest;theleadspecificationforlampconnectionshouldmeetthedesignrequirement;usedifferentcolorsofleadsforconnectiontodifferentiatethehotwirefromtheneutralone.Thehotwireofathreadlampshouldbeconnectedtothecentralterminal;dischargetestshallbemadeforemergencylampswithbatteries.Thelastingdischargetimeshouldbe30minutesandmustmeetthedesignanddescription.

7.3照明箱安装Lightingboxinstallation

7、31照明箱定位应依据设计照明平面图的要求,不得随意移动位置。Thelightingboxpositionsmustmeettherequirementsthelightingplans;don’tchangethepositionatwill;

7、32照明箱安装在框架的钢柱上时应留有防火层的间隙。Whenlightingboxesareinstalledonthesteelpolesofframes,theclearanceforfireproofcoatmustbereserved.

7、33照明箱安装时中心距地面1.3米,安装的标高为符合设计要求,垂直度不应超过1.5‰。asforthelightingboxinstallation,thedistancefromthecentertothegroundshallbe1.3mandtheinstallationelevationshouldmeetthedesignrequirementandtheperpendicularityshallbewithin1.5‰.

7、34照明箱安装过程中要注意保护照明箱上的开关把手。Duringtheinstallation,payattentiontoprotecttheswitchhandlesoflightingboxes.

7.4配管Piping

7.4.1钢管切断采用无齿锯、钢锯、割管器等工具。切断时用力均匀,切断口用锉刀或绞刀锉光(或刮光)使管口整齐光滑。Usespeedcutters,hacksawsandpipecutterstocutsteelpipes;thecuttingforcemustbeequalandthecutmouthshallbefiledbyafireordrift.

7.4.2套丝长度:当与接线盒等器具螺纹口相连时不宜小于管外径的1.5倍;管与管相连时不小于管接头长度的1/2加2~4扣;采用手带丝套丝时宜两遍成型。Threadinglength:itshallbeequaltoormorethan1.5timesofthepipeouterdiameterwhenconnectingwiththethreadopensofjunctionboxesandsoon;itshallbeequaltoormorethanthesumof1/2pipejointlengthand2~4buckleswhenapipeisconnectedwithanotherone;itshouldbeformedtwotimeswhenusingahandthreadingtool.

7.4.3钢管煨弯时宜采用弯管机或弯管器,弯管器的选用不得以大代小,弯管时应多次向后移动弯管器以免管子被弯瘪,每次后移的距离不宜过大;带丝扣弯曲时为保护丝扣可将丝头带上管箍或加一块适当厚度的木板。Whenbendingsteelpipes,it’sbettertousepipebenders.Don’treplacebigbenderswithsmallones.Whenbendingapipe,movethebenderbackwardstimeaftertimetoavoidpipefrombeingshriveledandthemovedistanceeverytimeshouldbeproper;whenbendingthethreadbuckles,toprotectthethreadhead,apipehoopshallbeusedoraboardwithproperthicknessshallbeadded;

7.4.5水平或垂直敷设的明照明管,其水平或垂直安装的允许偏差为1.5mm/m,全长偏差不应大于管内径的1/2。Asforhorizontallyorverticallybaredlightingtubes,theallowabledeviationofinstallationis1.5mm/mandthefulllengthdeviationshallbewithin1/2ofthepipeinsidediameter.

7.4.7爆炸和火灾性危险环境的照明配管

7.4.7.1在爆炸性气体环境1区和2区时,螺纹有效啮合扣数:管径为25mm及以下的钢管不应少于5扣,管径为32mm以上的钢管不应少于6扣;theeffectivethreadingjogglequantityinthe1and2areasofexplosivegas:forpipeswhosediameteris25mmorbelow,itisatleast5buckles;forpipeswhosediameteris32mmorabove,itshallbeatleast6buckles.

7.4.7.3电气管路之间不得采用倒扣连接;当连接有困难时,应采用防爆活接头,其接合面应密封。Don’tuseinversebucklestoconnectelectricalpipelines;ifthere’ssomethingwrongwiththeconnection,useexplosiveunionsandthejointfacesshouldbesealed.

7.4.7.4隔离密封件的内壁,应无锈蚀、灰尘、油渍。Insidewallsofisolatedsealsshouldbefreefromrust,dustoroildirt.

7.4.7.5导线在密封件内不得有接头,且导线之间及与密封件壁之间的距离应均匀。Leadsinsealsshouldbewithoutjointsandthedistancesbetweenleadsorbetweenleadsandsealwallsshouldbeequal.

7.4.7.6管路通过墙、楼板或地面时,密封件与墙面、楼板或地面的距离不应超过300mm,且此段管路中不得有接头,并应将孔洞堵塞严密。Whenpipelinesaregoingthroughwalls,floorsortheground,thedistancesbetweensealsandwalls,floorsorgroundshouldbewithin300mmandthissectionofpipelinesshouldbefreefromjointsandholesshouldbetightlyblocked.

7.4.7.7管路穿过不同等级的爆炸和火灾危险环境应装设隔离密封件。Pipelinesshouldhaveisolationsealsasgoingthroughexplosiveorfiresurroundingsofdifferentclasses.

7.5照明器具安装Lightinginstallation

7.5.1灯具安装时安装高度按设计标高进行安装,防爆插座安装高度为底边距地面0.8米。Thelightinginstallationelevationmustbeaccordingtothedesignandthebottomedgeofexplosiveproofsocketsshallbe0.8mclearofftheground.

7.5.2灯具安装要符合下列要求:thelightinginstallationmustmeetthefollowingrequirements;

7.5.2.1同一场所成排安装的灯具,其中心线偏差不大于5mm。Asforlampsinstalledbyrowinoneplace,thecenterlinedeviationshallbewithin5mm.

7.5.2.3应急灯要有明显标志,应急灯和事故照明灯持续放电时间符合产品说明书和设计要求。Emergencylampsshouldhaveobviousmarkingsandthelastingdischargetimeofemergencylampsandaccidentlightinglampsshouldmeetthedescriptionanddesign.

7.5.2.4灯具的种类、型号、功率符合设计要求。Thetypes,kindsandpowersmustmeetthedesign.

7.5.2.5检查防爆灯具的类型、防爆等级、组别、环境条件及特殊标志等符合设计要求。Thetypes,explosiveproofclasses,groups,surroundingsandspecialmarkingsofexplosiveprooflampsmustmeetthedesign.

7.5.2.6螺旋式灯泡要拧紧施工组织设计编制标准(正文),接触良好不得松动。Screwbulbsmustbetightenedwithgoodcontactandlocked.

7.5.2.7灯具外罩齐全,螺栓应紧固。Theoutercoversforlampsareallreadyandboltsshouldbelocked.
